Turkeys
The turkey is a large bird native to North America. Males of both turkey species have a distinctive fleshy wattle, called a snood, that hangs from the top of the beak. They are among the largest birds in their ranges. As with many large ground-feeding birds, the male is bigger and much more colorful than the female. We have three adult Turkeys Tom, Tammy, and Tally. They all have very different personalities. When you meet Tom, he loves to strut with his feathers out so that you see him with full feathers out, but don’t worry, he’s a huge softy and just likes to show off! Tammy and Tally are usually busy walking around the farm looking for something fun to get into. Tom and his ladies had 7 eggs hatch so in addition to Tom, Tammy and Tally we have 7 of their hatchlings running around the farm and they can be found frequently with the rabbits.
