Summer Fun Ends, Fall Fun Begins
As we end August and the kids head back to school, we start looking ahead to September, Majestic Meadows Alpacas & Boutique is doing the FALL Season a little differently this year by planning something new for the weekends, so please come join us! Here is a brief lineup of some things we have planned for September!
Saturday, September 17th and Sunday, September 18th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm we will be having our Superheroes Weekend! On this special-themed weekend, we are calling out to ALL superheroes! Some local heroes will be here during the afternoon, along with some of YOUR favorite Superhero characters who will be making an appearance on the farm from 2:00 to 5:00 to show you just how safe your community is!
This will be a fun weekend – one that you do not want to miss! Featured this weekend will be our very first “Superhero Scavenger Hunt,” a “Superhero Power Show” featuring YOU and YOUR superpower, and our superhero-featured animals revealing their hidden superhero talents right along with you. Come all decked out in your best superhero gear on Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5, alongside our heroes, to create a unique one-of-a-kind tradition with the nostalgia the farm and your crew provides, we guarantee a SUPER FUN time.
But that is not all we are doing in September – On Saturday, September 24th and Sunday, September 25th come and join us and Fall in Love with Alpacas as we will be participating in National Alpaca Farm Days. In honor of our beloved alpacas, we are dedicating this weekend, along with farms across the country, to spread the love – alpaca style!
During this weekend you can get up close and personal with our alpacas, view live fiber demonstrations, visit our fiber building, speak with industry experts and a former alpaca judge, and shop in The Alpaca Boutique where you will find yarn and handmade items made right from the fleece of the alpacas that live here. A special Q & A all about alpaca alpacas, some fun games, and tattoos (totally temporary, mom and dad) and lots of fun will be happening that day. If you LOVE alpacas as we do, this is the place to be this weekend!
Both of these weekends happen during a booking of a REGULAR self-guided tour, so in addition to this, you will be able to roam the farm and take advantage of interactive and visiting with all the other animals that live here.
