Field Trips & Group Visits
Bring your school, organization or group to the farm
We host field trips and group visits year-round — schools and homeschool groups, special-needs communities, dance studios, businesses, scouts and private parties. Every group walks the same 20 acres and meets the same 20+ species our daily visitors do, with our animal care team on hand to answer questions along the way.
How to Book
Field trips are booked directly with our Front End Operations Manager
Field trips are not booked through the website. Our Front End Operations Manager arranges your date, confirms your numbers and keeps your group on track from first call to arrival day.
Call (330) 725-2977 or email [email protected] to start planning. Tell us your group type, headcount and the dates you are considering, and we will take it from there.
Field trip payment is due in advance
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Field trips may be scheduled outside our regular season
Off-season dates can be arranged, and are discussed during your first call with Faye or our Front End Operations Manager.
Large Groups That Are Not Field Trips
All other large groups book online, the same as any other visit. Please book your whole party together on one reservation.
Large group tours run during regularly scheduled farm hours.
Chaperones and accompanying adults pay standard admission.
Waivers
One waiver covers your entire group. The group leader completes a single waiver listing every member of the group by name — not a separate form for each person. In signing it, the group leader accepts responsibility for everyone listed.
Group Rates
We do not offer group discounts. Standard admission applies to every visitor regardless of group size.
- • $15 per person online
- • $16.50 at the gate
- • $1.50 for children under 2
Private encounters are priced separately and booked in addition to admission.
