Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Majestic Meadows Alpacas website (the “Site”), located at majesticmeadowsalpacas.com, operated by Majestic Meadows Alpacas Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our farm, view our animals and experiences, sign our liability waiver, and book a visit. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Site, except for legitimate search engine indexing
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or anyone else's use of it

2. Bookings and Waivers

All visits to Majestic Meadows Alpacas require a signed liability waiver. Paid experiences additionally require an active booking. Booking and cancellation terms are described during the booking process and within the waiver document itself. Bookings are processed by our third-party partner, Bookeo, and are subject to Bookeo's own terms in addition to these Terms.

3. Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By visiting Majestic Meadows Alpacas, you assume the inherent risks of agritourism activities under Ohio Revised Code §901.80. Our online waiver, which you must sign before visiting, contains the full assumption-of-risk and release language. The waiver controls in the event of any conflict between these Terms and the waiver on matters of liability for on-premises activities.

4. Site Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate, but we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information shown. Hours, pricing, animal availability, and event schedules may change without notice. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Majestic Meadows Alpacas Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use that does not damage our brand.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Bookeo (booking), Google reCAPTCHA (form protection), our online boutique on Shopify, and our social media profiles. Your use of these services is governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party sites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majestic Meadows Alpacas Inc., its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not affect our protections or your obligations under Ohio Revised Code §901.80 (agritourism) or the signed liability waiver, which control all matters of on-premises liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majestic Meadows Alpacas Inc. from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Medina County, Ohio.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
