This encounter does NOT include access to the general farm tour.
To explore our 20-acre farm and meet our other 20+ animal species, please book General Admission separately.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Sessions begin promptly and cannot be extended for late arrivals. All animals are on schedules that cannot be interfered with for the safety and comfort of our animals.
Hands-On Animal Experience: These animals are naturally curious and may investigate guests up close using noses, paws, quills, shells, or gentle mouthing. Minor scratches or incidental contact can occur as part of normal, non-aggressive behavior. Guests must be comfortable with close animal interaction and follow staff direction at all times.
Closed-toe shoes required. No Crocs or sandals.
About the Experience
Step inside our Ambassador Building for a private, guided encounter with some of the most unusual animals at Majestic Meadows. As you move through the building with a staff guide, you'll learn about each species, their personalities, and why they are incredible animal ambassadors for education and conservation.
During this 75-minute experience, you'll meet our Sulcata tortoises of different sizes and ages, our fascinating prehensile-tailed porcupines (including baby Pickles), energetic South American coatimundis, curious striped skunks, and our fun loving Southern three-banded armadillos, Artie and Athena.

How is this different from the other private encounters?
The Ambassador Animal Experience is a longer, guided tour through our dedicated Ambassador Building where you'll meet five different species in one session. It's our most comprehensive private encounter at 75 minutes.
Can young children participate?
Ages 8+ are recommended. Younger children may be asked to observe portions of the experience from outside the room if needed, depending on the animals and situation. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
What shoes should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required for this experience. No Crocs or sandals are permitted inside the Ambassador Building.
What if I want to see the rest of the farm?
This private encounter doesn't include farm access. You'll need to book General Admission separately to explore our 20-acre farm and meet our other 20+ animal species.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely! We encourage you to capture your experience. Our staff can even help take photos of your group.
