Meet Madeline & Juno the Wallaby
That's Madeline with Juno, one of our Bennett's wallabies. Wallabies are close cousins of the kangaroo, but they're a different species and quite a bit smaller. Juno and her friends spend the day hopping, exploring, and lounging around the pasture while guests pass through on the self-guided walking tour.
Madeline enjoys spending time with all the animals on the farm, but the wallabies — and their cousins, the kangaroos — are some of her favorites. She's passionate about music and art, and often brings those into her time with the animals, whether she's singing to them, playing music nearby, or making artwork inspired by them.
“I love how sweet they are, and how they each have their own personalities! I love being greeted by them in the morning and getting to love on them.”
— Madeline

Late July means the daily season is starting its countdown. We're open seven days a week through August 31, and after that we shift to a Wednesday-through-Sunday schedule for the fall. The spring babies are nearly grown, the wallabies are out every day, and there's still plenty of summer left to soak up.

● Starting September 1: Wednesday–Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM
● $15 online | $16.50 at the door | ages 2 and under free

Fun Fact
A wallaby can move each ear independently.
That lets it listen in two directions at once, tracking sounds all around without ever turning its head.

A Few Summer Mornings Left
Goat Yoga runs through September, so there's still time to book a Saturday-morning class — goats climbing over you, 9 to 10 AM, $40/person, bring your own mat. Junior Farmers wraps up with the summer, so if your six-to-twelve-year-old wants a Wednesday morning of real farm chores, the last sessions are coming up.
